Cea mai bună mâncare, cele mai bune servicii si cea mai bună atmosferă! După mai mulți ani de muncă, petrecuți în nordul Italiei, în regiunea Emilia Romagna, ne-am deprins cu gusturile fine ale italienilor în arta culinară, iar atunci când am considerat că putem împărtăși din experiența noastră și altora, am decis ca, în anul 2005, să ne întoarcem în România. Inițial, gândurile noastre, pentru o afacere de familie, s-au dus către o mică pensiune cu sală de mese; așa ne-am imaginat refugiul (Il Rifugio), prietenos și util. Cu toate acestea, timpul și clienții fideli ne-au făcut cunoscuți și, astfel, am avut nevoie de mai mult spațiu și de o echipă pricepută pentru a-i mulțumi pe toți cei care ne trec pragul. Il Rifugio s-a construit de la temelie din pasiunea noastră pentru bucătăria italiană, dar și din respect pentru amatorii de mâncare bună. Fiindcă și românii au feluri de mâncare tradițională delicioase, dar și băuturi pe măsură, ne-am hotărât să includem câteva dintre ele în meniu. Pensiune În regim de pensiune, dispunem de șase camere duble și două camere single, cu băi proprii, TV și WI-FI gratuit. Garantăm că liniștea locului unde este poziționată pensiunea este atributul unei șederi relaxante.

La poalele Carpaților, în centrul triunghiului Sibiu-Brasov-Sighișoara,  curțile din Cincșor oferă intimitate, romantism și posibilitatea de a explora zonele  turistice înconjurătoare și stilul de viață local! Casele de oaspeți se află în clădirile istorice restaurate ale Parohiei Evanghelice (1624) și ale fostei Școli Evanghelice (1910, Art Nouveau). Our story began once with the dream of an exceptional man, Ladislau Hathazi, 24 years ago. Everything started from the passion and love for the mountain, clean air, and peace of mind. In the first phase, we wanted to make this place a small sanctuary for our family by building a holiday cottage, which we have achieved. But over time we realized that we can do much more, that we can share this corner of heaven with other people, lovers of the mountain. This is how the concept of tourist location was gradually born.  During these years, we expanded the "holiday cottage", year after year, until it reached its present form, which we are very proud to share with you. Today we are a young team with a lot of enthusiasm and a spirit of adventure. We have a lot to learn but also to give. We want you to be part of the path we have chosen for this Complex:  7 CRAI.  Our future concept is to maintain and improve the comfort and services as well as to share the wonderful gifts that this mountain has to offer along with its fauna and flora. We are ready to welcome all those who want to visit us and to whom we can show what Romanian folk tradition means, the beauty of the household setting in the middle of nature, unchanged too much by man. Gospodaria Lui Nea Ion A place charged with history, by the setting, the effort of keeping traditions and customs of our ancestors, life experiences of people in the Romanian village, all this apparently make time stop its flow. It bears the name of a brave farmer in the commune, Ion Anghel (unfortunately, deceased), former beekeeper, carpenter and hunter, beside him, being Maria, his wife, a savvy seamstress who can tell you how life was in the village, in the past, what the peasants used to do and her fellow men’s lives. The descendants of the two inherited their love for the beauty of life in the village, for the old, authentic objects of the household, in the village, and started this ambitious project to offer the tourists the opportunity to fill their souls with joy, remembrance for those who have tasted life in the country, when they cross their threshold. The location is 45 km from Brasov and it is surrounded by a thick forest that offers fresh air and silence but also the possibility to see the surroundings with interesting objectives to visit. The house consists of two locations, arranged with old but well-maintained furniture, peasant carpets, showcases full of authentic old Romanian items (icons, old books, ceramics, folk costumes, old carpets and old fabrics) from all over the country. The house has a lobby, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. The old house "Odaile bunicului Ion", which has 2 double rooms with shared bathroom, offers accommodation for 4 people. In the courtyard of the household there is a large gazebo with fireplace, another one with grills and oven, a covered hearth, 1.5 m deep in the ground for campfire. It is an ideal place for some boiled wine and storytelling with friends, a gazebo with ciubar/two handled tub (Szekler Jacuzzi) - a place for a moment of relaxation with a glass of wine in your hand in a bath with salty and warm water.

Hostel ”Piatra Craiului” este o sctructura a economiei sociale ce apartine Filialei Brasov a Organizatiei Nationale Cercetasii Romaniei. Cercetasia este o miscare educativa a copiilor si tinerilor, bazata pe voluntariat, cu caracter apolitic, deschisa tuturor, fara deosebire de nationalitate, rasa, sex, credinta sau conditie sociala, in concordanta cu principiile si metoda cercetaseasca. Misiunea Cercetasiei in societatea romaneasca este de a contribui la educarea copiilor si tinerilor printr-un sistem de valori bazat pe o Promisiune si o Lege, de a ajuta la construirea unei lumi mai bune, in care oamenii sunt impliniti ca indivizi si joacă un rol constructiv in societate. Hostelul "Piatra Craiului" face parte din activitatile de economie sociala ale Organizatiei Nationale Cercetasii Romaniei - Filiala Brasov "Virgil Onitiu". Astfel, surplusul veniturilor generate din activitatea economica va fi utilizat pentru a permite copiilor din medii defavorizate (copii din centre de plasament, copii cu dizabilitati, copii din familii cu venituri reduse etc.) sa participe in tabere gratuite in cadrul hostelului. Apreciem ca, fiecare 10 persoane platitoare, pot acoperi costurile pentru a asigura participarea gratuita a unui copil din medii defavorizate. Hostelul "Piatra Craiului" fost inaugurat in ianuarie 2011 in cadrul proiectului "Tineri pentru o lume mai buna", proiect cofinantat din Fondul Social European prin Programul Operational Sectorial Dezvoltarea Resurselor Umane 2007-2013. Proiectul este desfasurat in perioada 2008-2011, in perteneriat cu Institutia Prefectului Brasov, Agentia Judeteana de Prestatii Sociale Brasov, Directia Judeateana pentru Sport si Tineret a Judetului Brasov si Primaria Orasului Zarnesti. In cadrul proiectului au fost obtinute urmatoarele rezultate: a fost infiintata intreprinderea de economie sociala: Hostel "Piatra Craiului"; au fost create 16 noi locuri de munca; au fost desfasurate activitati de informare, consiliere, (re)integrare sociala, de educatie non-formală si formare profesională in vederea consolidarii capacitatilor, competentelor si stimei de sine pentru un numar de peste 6.600 de beneficiari din toata tara; au fost acreditate 3 servicii sociale pentru persoane din medii defavorizate; a fost creat un parteneriat national pentru dezvoltarea mecanismelor si instrumentelor necesare in vederea implementarii conceptului de economie sociala; au fost create premisele necesare in vederea asigurarii sustenabilitatii intreprinderii sociale: Hostel "Piatra Craiului".
