PUZZLE TEAM a aparut din colaborarea unei companii cu o asociatie care are ca domeniu de activitate sporturile extreme. Pana in 2008 echipa a conlucrat cu alti organizatori de evenimente executand pt acestia programele de outdoor. Dorinta echipei noastre este de a oferi direct companiilor interesate de activitatea de teambuilding tot ceea ce inseamna realizarea unui eveniment indoor sau outdoor . In acelasi timp pentru alte agentii care organizeaza sau intermediaza acest gen de activitati putem sa elaboram programele de indoor si outdoor dispunand de o buna baza materiala (arme paintball, echipament alpinism, echipament tir, echipament canionyng, atv -uri, masini de teren). Oamenii nostri care se ocupa de activitatea in teren sunt pregatiti prin cursuri si instructaje unii dintre ei fiind fosti membri ai echipelor de salvare montana si actuali instructori de sporturi extreme. Echipamentele tehnice folosite sunt de buna calitate avand omologarile necesare. In masura posibilitatilor la evenimente participa si membri ai echipelor de salvare montana care asigura asistenta si consultanta Combinarea programelor de indoor cu outdoor are ca rezultat sudarea echipei, alegerea si acceptarea unui lider si respectarea ierarhiilor in randul membrilor participanti.Ceea ce un om invata la un curs se poate aplica apoi in natura combinand distractia cu munca. Fiecare individ va invata sa depaseasca obstacolale (tehnice, meteo, fizice, psihice) cu ajutorul colegilor si al liderului creand astfel o echipa.
