About

My name is Roxana, and I’m a certified local guide in Brașov - a city where medieval walls meet the forests of the Carpathians. For more than seven years, I’ve been guiding both Romanian and international travelers through well-known landmarks as well as hidden corners, offering authentic experiences shaped by history, nature, and everyday local life.

I organize cultural tours in and around Brașov, walks through the city’s old districts, and visits to Bran Castle and Peleș Palace, all enriched with stories from Romanian mythology, folklore superstitions, and surprisingly unusual traditional remedies.

At the same time, I also offer experiences beyond conventional tourism: forest walks focused on mushroom spotting, hiking trips along mountain trails, and visits to rural households where you can discover genuine local traditions and ways of life.

For me, a tour is not just about facts and landmarks, but about recreating the atmosphere of a place through the details that bring its past to life. Whether you are visiting the city beneath Mount Tâmpa for the first time, searching for nature and quiet surroundings, or hoping to better understand the culture and traditions of the region, I invite you to discover Brașov and Transylvania beyond the clichés.

Enduro biking and splitboarding are part of me, they define who I am. For me, they are more than just a way to escape crowded and overused resorts. They are a way to push limits and get out of the comfort zone, a way to explore and to discover. That perfect mix of silence and grandeur that only a mountain can offer, the freedom to climb on your own, to define your route and follow it, the power to use your body strength to move forward and to enjoy downhill rides and fresh turns, no matter what season is out there – this is what defines me and what I want to share. The path is the same, only the texture is different.
