Our story began once with the dream of an exceptional man, Ladislau Hathazi, 24 years ago. Everything started from the passion and love for the mountain, clean air, and peace of mind. In the first phase, we wanted to make this place a small sanctuary for our family by building a holiday cottage, which we have achieved. But over time we realized that we can do much more, that we can share this corner of heaven with other people, lovers of the mountain. This is how the concept of tourist location was gradually born.  During these years, we expanded the "holiday cottage", year after year, until it reached its present form, which we are very proud to share with you. Today we are a young team with a lot of enthusiasm and a spirit of adventure. We have a lot to learn but also to give. We want you to be part of the path we have chosen for this Complex:  7 CRAI.  Our future concept is to maintain and improve the comfort and services as well as to share the wonderful gifts that this mountain has to offer along with its fauna and flora. We wish you a pleasant stay with us! The maximum capacity is 62 people in 6 triple rooms (a double bed and a single bed) and 11 rooms with 4 beds (a double bed and a single bunk bed).  The rooms can be arranged according to the client's requirement of 1, 2, 3 or 4 places. Welcome to the Bear's Stop! We are waiting for you in a new and modern location located at the entrance to Zarnesti, close to the Libearty Bear Reserve. We opened our doors with the arrival of the year 2023 and we offer you 5 apartments with 2 bedrooms, each apartment with its own bathroom, commonly equipped kitchen, gazebo with barbecue and cauldron stove, spacious yard, orchard, wi-fi internet and numerous possibilities for spending time. The location is suitable for vacations of rest, relaxation and fun with family or friends.

This project was born from the desire to be close to nature, a soul project, a family project, completed with a lot of work, sacrifice and involvement. Now that everything is ready, we want you to enjoy it too, dear traveler this wonderful place, to rest, laugh and live as much as the soul let you enjoy with friends, relatives or family. Casa Bucuriei is built largely from natural materials and has all the necessary utilities to ensure your comfort. The house is divided into 2 levels and organized as follows: A generous living room in open-space format awaits you on the ground floor it also includes the part of the kitchen, equipped with everything strictly necessary, flanked by a warm fireplace where in the evening, in the heat, the stories are told between friends become beautiful memories. Also on the ground floor, the house is equipped with two bathrooms and a generous hall. When "Mos Gene comes to Gene", we go upstairs where we find three warm bedrooms, equipped all three, with generous double beds, but and a beautiful terrace where you can linger a little longer, for a few moments, before falling asleep to steal another piece of enchantment from what the universe has given us. The Casutei courtyard includes a gazebo with a dining area equipped with a classic grill and parking space for 3 cars. Location Casa Bucuriei is located in Plaiul Foii, 10 minutes by car from Zarnesti and access to the location is easy and can be reached by car. The house is fully rented, minimum 2 nights

Se află într-o zonă linistită de munte, situată la intrarea stațiunii turistice Bran, județul Brașov, într-un peisaj pitoresc, la 23 km de Sinaia și la 16 km de Brașov. Vila dispune de: - 4 dormitoare ; - 3 bai( inclusiv mașina de spălat) ; living spațios (60 m), cu șemineu și pian; - wi-fi , TV în living si în fiecare dormitor; - bucătărie total utilată( inclusiv mașina spălat vase); spatiu parcare; - spatiu de joacă exterior pentru copii; - piscină exterioară (sezonul cald); - masă de ping pong, trambulină; - foișor, grătar și ceaun/disc în curte . In living și bucătărie se află încă 3 paturi de dormit, canapea si colțare extenesibile. Una dintre băi este dotată cu jacuzzi. Vila se închiriază numai integral, este spațioasă și aerisită, camere si bucătărie, spațioase, dotată cu 3 aparate de cafea, unul cu boabe, altul cu capsule si un espressor cu cafea măcinată.

Construita cu multa pasiune si atentie la detalii, Ara Chalet acomodeaza 4 adulti si 2 copii in doua dormitoare matrimoniale cu baie proprie, oferind si un living cu bucatarie open space cu priveliste de vis catre Bucegi, Magura Branului si Piatra Craiului.  Bucura-te de privelisti ce-ti taie respiratia chiar de pe canapeaua din living sau in timp ce iti savurezi cafeaua la masa din bucatarie sau pe terasa din spatele casei. Nu in ultimul rand semineul din living iti asigura momente unice de care poti beneficia impreuna cu familia sau prietenii.
