Poiana Braşov is situated near the town of Brasov, in the Postăvaru Mountains, being the most appreciated ski resort in Romania. The area has a considerable ski area, consisting of 7 approved ski slopes. In addition, in Poiana Brasov you have easy, medium and difficult ski slopes, serviced by cable installations.
Winter season: December - April.
Access: Can be reached by train on the Bucharest - Brasov route, or by car on the national road DN 1 (it’s 13 km from Brasov or 186 km from Bucharest)
