1. body A - "VILLA MARIA rustic" with 6 rooms - 3 stars ***
2. B - "VILLA BRANDUSA" with 10 rooms - 4 stars ****

VILLA MARIA rustic *** has 70 sqm living room with functional fireplace on wood and bar, fully equipped American kitchen (gas cooker, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, traditional or classic dishes), terrace with barbecue and gazebo, parking, possibility to serve meals on request. The villa is equipped with the necessary dishes for a party of 12-15 people (plates, tableware, glasses absolutely everything you need). Each room has its own bathroom, LCD TV, hairdryer, safe and matrimonial bed. In 3 rooms we can provide an extra bed for the child.

VILLA BRANDUSA **** has 80 sqm living room, bar, kitchenette, terrace with barbecue and gazebo, parking places, playground for children, meals on request. Each room has its own bathroom, LCD TV, hair dryer, safe box and 2 twin beds (single or separate). In 4 rooms we can provide an extra bed for the child. The villa has indoor chaise, SAUNA (Finnish and infrared) and special conditions for spending the holiday.

We can organize CONFERENCES, TEAM BUILDINGs with a capacity of 30-36 people.
The guesthouse has two stone-barbecue grills where guests can have a bowl, barbecue dish or barbecue, organize private parties or events.
The parking is private and is arranged in the pension.
For children there is an indoor playground, toys, hockey and tennis table, and outdoor swings and slide.
The swimming pool is covered, functional throughout the year and has a variable depth of 1 m to 2 m, length 10 m width 4 m. Sauna can be used traditionally (Finnish sauna) or for maintenance (infrared sauna).
At your request, we can arrange meals in the guesthouse (breakfast, half board or full board).
Both villas are in the same location in Predeal Sos. Nationala nr. 87 (dn 1), Brasov County, can be rented for parties, events, team buildings, or just rooms for wonderful stays in a mountain atmosphere with clean air, good pleasure and rest.
From the location to the entrance to the Clabucet ski slope arrival is 2.5 km and to Predeal Train Station is 3.5 km away.

Pensiunea La Troita

La 12 km nord-vest de orasul Brasov, in mijlocul Depresiunii Barsei, orasul Codlea este situat la poalele de est ale muntelui Magura, pe raul Vulcanita. In acest orasel de munte, este localizata pensiunea "La Troita" ce are scopul de a gazdui oaspeti de pretutindeni. Ofera o zona verde cu pomi fructiferi, flori, sezlonguri pentru plaja, loc de joaca pentru copii iar in viitorul apropiat si un miniteren pentru jocuri sportive. Localizarea pensiunii este la 22 km de partiile de schi din Poiana Brasov, iar ca interes turistic la 20 de km distanta se afla castelul Bran.
