Si cum stim ca intr-un astfel de domeniu poti rezista intr-un singur fel, am pornit de la baza si am construit incet dar sigur pe o temelie solida. Pentru ca gatitul este o arta, iar un business de acest gen poate fi facut doar dupa o bogata experienta in domeniu, putem spune cu mandrie ca am luat decizia de a deschide restaurantul “Hanul Bran” dupa ce am capatat cunostintele necesare. Un restaurant nu este doar un loc unde sa te duci sa mananci, un restaurant este o stare de spirit.
