Podragu Cottage is ocated in the Făgăraş Mountains at the highest altitude, 2136 m, on a glacial valley, the Podrag valley, which branches from the Arpaşul Mare valley and is bordered to the east by Muchia Tarita and to the west by Muchia Piscul Podragului. Downstream of the Podragu cottage, we find a cottage, Turnuri Cottage, situated on the same valley at 1520 m altitude. The access to the two cottages is made on a forest road, and on the footpath, the trail is light during summer, but in winter time it is recommended only for experienced tourists or climbers. The transport of food, fuel, wood, and almost all of the things needed is done with the help of donkeys, or in the backpack. Because of this, the Podragu Cottage is closed during winter, but near it you can find an annex that can be used as a refuge in good conditions. That, of course, if those who stazrd there before you left it clean and the door closed, so that it is not full of snow inside. From time to time, there are some "curious" people who break the windows of the cottage in winter to break in and then the windows must be repaired again, which at 2136 m altitude is not easy. It is set in the main warming of the Podrag, on a stony slope in the western part of the large lake. The cottage consists of a main body and an annex. The main building, with ground floor and floor, is built of stone wall. On the ground floor are the bedrooms, the dining room, the kitchen and the bathrooms. The floor comprises three bedrooms the cabin room and sanitary groups. A fost odată, într-un loc îndepărtat, un sat mic în care timpul parcă stătea în loc, un sat cu un nume precum cântecul greierilor, cu o cetate albă pe un deal, țărani prietenoși, 300 de vaci, cai, capre, arici și prea multe oi ca să le mai ținem socoteală. Pentru a va deconecta cu totul de stresul de zi cu zi va oferim acces nelimitat la sala de jocuri ce cuprinde:masa de billiard, masa de ping-pong, darts, table, sah etc. Sau ca alternativa va invitam sa va petreceti timpul la unul din cele 3 foisoare amplasate in curtea pensiunii, unul fiind amplasat sub padure, pe o pozitie mai inalta in comparatie cu restul orasului de unde se pot admira atat Muntii Bucegi, Muntii Piatra Craiului, Magura Codlei, orasul precum si restul imprejurimilor. Tot aici, puteti admira unele din cele mai frumoase rasarituri si apusuri ale soarelui, in prezenta puternicului miros de aer proaspat de padure. Va punem la dispozitie 24/24h o bucatarie complet utilata ce cuprinde:aragaz, frigider, congelator, cuptor cu micro-unde, cuptor, cafetiera, vesela, tacamuri, pahare etc. Unde va puteti pregatii singuri cafeaua sau mancarea. Daca doriti sa serviti masa in incinta pensiunii noastre va putem recomanda o firma de catering cu care puteti stabilii meniul preferat contra unei sume rezonabile. Rafinamentul decorului, calitatea dotarilor, amenajarea interioara, profesionalismul si amabilitatea gazdelor, serviciile impecabile sunt motive suficiente pentru a deveni clientul nostru pentru totdeauna. Curtea pensiunii este una incapatoare permitand parcarea masinilor in incinta acesteia pentru a evita evenimentele neplacute;aici veti descoperi si susurul cursului unui raulet ce strabate curtea si se varsa intr-un mic laculet. Pentru a simti din plin atmosfera montana am amenajat special pentru acei dintre dumneavoastra si un gratar unde va puteti pregati singuri, dupa propriul gust carnea si preparatele din carne;si nu in ultimul rand, pentru ca si copii sa se simta bine, am dedicat un colt al curtii special pentru ei unde sunt amplasate:leagane, balansoare si un topogan. Pentru cei ce vin in interes de serviciu le punem la dispozitie o sala de conferinte cu o capacitate de aproximativ 30-35 de locuri precum si mijloace moderne audio&vizuale necesare pentru dezbaterea problemelor. Si pentru acei dintre dumneavoastra care vor sa-si incheie ziua intr-un ambient mai rustic am amenajat o crama traditionala unde se poate servi un pahar de tuica sau de vin fiert productie proprie. Atuul pensiunii noastre este amplasarea la doar 200m De drumul care urca spre Poiana Brasov si de centrul orasului Rasnov, dar, in acelasi timp, si localizarea acesteia la poalele padurii si a Cetatii Rasnov Contra cost va putem asigura: -la cerere, Penisunea Cristina Rasnov, poate pune la dispozitia clientilor microbuze pentru efectuarea de excursii la principalele puncte de atractie turistice atat din Brasov, cat si din imprejurimi. ;precum va putem asigura transportul spre aeroport/gara -excursii montain-bike -inchirieri echipamente ski
