Construit în anul 1974, hotelul a fost dat în folosinţă sub denumirea de Hotel Cioplea şi a creat o tradiţie în turismul montan de pe Valea Prahovei. Dupa ani şi ani, păstrând aceleaşi standarde cunoscute, hotelul a renăscut în 2003 cu o nouă înfăţişare, cu acelaşi renume şi un nou nume: “Belvedere”.. The hotel is located 200 m from the European road E60, also known as DN1, with easy access, concrete road, secure car parking for 24 cars and also for buses.Ideal for those in transit who really want comfort and peace, the "atelier" hotel has 16 double rooms (triple) and 2 suites, all 3-star comfort, spread over 3 floors. Each floor has a lobby with TV, where one can also smoke (no smoking in the room). The rooms have an area of 18 square meters, each room has its own bathroom (shower) and color TV (cable 28 programs).

Hotelul este situat într-una dintre cele mai accesibile zone ale Braşovului şi oferă vizitatorilor un sentiment de libertate, fiind uşor accesibil atât centrul de afaceri cât şi oraşul vechi încărcat de istorie. Brasovul a ajuns printre cele mai cautate oraşe pentru turismul de relaxare. Legendele şi miturile care învăluie oraşul sunt reprezentate printr-o serie de evenimente (Festivalul Medieval, Oktoberfest, Junii Brasovului). Castelul Bran adăposteşte legenda lui Dracula în timp ce Castelul Peleş din Sinaia, reşendinţa regală de vară, este un punct de atracţie foarte apropiat.

Cabana Trei Brazi, o locatie uluitoare, in mijlocul naturii, ce ofera privelisti memorabile, este situata la poalele Masivului Postavarul, pe culmea "Morarului", la o altitudine de 1128 m, intr-o zona impadurita si ferita de forfota specifica mediului urban. La o distanta de doar 10 minute fata de centrul statiunii Predeal si la 40 km fata de Poiana Brasov si Bran, imbinam calitatea benefica a aerului puternic ozonat al padurilor cu calitatea de exceptie a confortului oferit. Camerele luminoase, cu vedere la natura inconjuratoare, patul imbietor la odihna si serviciile impecabile de curatenie alcatuiesc un sejur confortabil si relaxant. Restaurantul Cabana Trei Brazi reda traditia si atmosfera tipic romaneasca, cu bucate alese, gatite de bucatari priceputi, toate servite ireprosabil in vesela taraneasca de lut. Restaurantul dispune de o terasa generoasa si nu ar fi complet fara crama ce te poarta in vremuri de odinioara, un loc intim decorat in stil pur traditional, perfect pentru a organiza petreceri intre prieteni, zile onomastice, botezuri, dar si evenimente corporate.
