Vacanțele lungi sau micile plimbări de un weekend, își găsesc locul potrivit aici, în atmosfera de la marginea pădurii din localitatea Vulcan, situată în apropierea orașului Brașov. Nu trebuie să călătorești până la capătul pământului ca să te bucuri de raiul de pe pământ. Noi îți oferim posibilitatea de a-ți petrece vacanța în România, Transilvania. Deși ai spune că nu e posibil să avem asemenea locuri, Muntii Fagaras, la poalele lor ofera un peisaj unic care iti taie respiratia. Pensiunea Ohana oferă condiții excelente pentru recreere în decorul natural, experimentarea unor activități inedite (participarea la manifestări tradiționale sau religioase specifice zonei, seminarii artistice și culinare) și vizitarea unor puncte de atracție. Oferim posibilitatea de cazare în 5 camere spațioase cu vedere la munte, cu băi proprii, cu duș, cadă, uscător de păr și articole de toaletă gratuite (2 camere de familie și 3 camere duble). Fiecare cameră dispune de Smart TV, Wi-Fi și abonament Netflix inclus. We wait for you to spend your holiday in a location that offers you a beautiful 180 degree view from the 11th floor. You will benefit from a 37 sqm studio apartment with 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, which also has free covered parking. If you need anything during your stay, please let us know and we will do our best to help you.    As hosts, we present the HOUSE RULES, wich we respectfully ask You to keep in mind during your stay. By accepting to stay at ALPHAVILLE ARENA SKY VIEW, You implicitly agree to the following rules: -- From the moment the reservation is confirmed, you will have 1 day to make the full payment by bank transfer. If you do not pay, the reservation will be cancelled -- Accommodation at the location is done by presenting an IDENTY DOCUMENT for each person who will be checking in, to complete the check-in form before arrival -- We can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults (the location does not have space and facilities for children). No other people will be accepted in the apartment other than the maximum 2 accommodated (you will not be checked in and your reservation will be changed to no-shows with the related penalties) -- The location is for non-smokers (You may smoke a cigarette on the balcony where You will find an ashtray - please do not throw cigarettes or other rubbish from the balcony) -- Pets are not accepted, no matter how small, cute and harmless -- The availability is from [CHECKIN_DATE] at [CHECKIN_OPEN_TIME] (if possible, we will let You know if we are able to offer the room earlier), so we wish you a safe trip, with priority to Brasov, Str. C2 (the one in the middle), Floor. 11 - we will also send You shared location for Waze -- On arrival, You will have to go around the blocks in the back, to get to the covered parking on the ground floor under the block C2 (the one in the middle), where private place no. 6 is waiting for You - the entrance is a bit low, I think under 2.5 m (I hope there will be no problems with the clearance of Your vehicle) -- When entering the block from the front or from the back through the parking lot, You will have an access code at the doors (the same code). Please close all the doors, each time You pass through them. After entering the building, we will generate from the application and send You a code for entering the apartment that will be valid until [CHECKOUT_DATE] [CHECKOUT_CLOSE_TIME]  -- From the moment of accommodation, the tourist is responsible for the reserved room as well as for any damages caused to the property -- Please keep the TV at an acceptable volume and take into account the quiet hours between 13-14 and 22-08 -- Please use the water, electricity, gas resources as well as the bed linen and towels provided in a responsible manner -- Please take care of the furniture, appliances and tableware provided to You -- When leaving the property, please turn off the lights, check that the electrical appliances are off, close the windows and the entrance door (You will have to press the two RED and GREEN keys and wait 3 seconds for it to close). You are in a small boutique hotel in Brasov, on 44 Cloșca Street. A house on the edge of a pine forest, very close to the city centre and right next to the road to Poiana Brașov.  Six generous spaces. Two apartments and four rooms. A living room and a covered terrace where you will have breakfast, listen to music, watch movies while eating cakes made in our house. Because we love nature and design, we used beautiful materials. Metal, old wooden beams, in and out. The interior is functional, clean, with simple lines and neutral colors. From the large windows you can see the pine forest or the panorama of the pittoresque Brasov. And lots of natural light. SLEEP IN STYLE - Inspired by a clean way of life, the “home vibe” comes from natural elements and simple structures put all together. Furniture items made from hard materials (like wood or metal) and fine accessories add texture and personality to each room. A familiar space where you can rest and dream in peace. The main attractions are the large windows that reveal the pine forest located in the immediate vicinity – the outside atmosphere combined with the indoor atmosphere produces true reveries.

   Rasnovul, este un orasel cochet de munte, langa Brasov asezat foarte interesant pe traseele ce duc catre Poiana Brasov, catre Predeal trecand prin Paraul Rece si catre zona turistica Bran- Moieciu.    Multiplele posibilitati de petrecere a timpului cu folos fac din aceasta localitate o atractie pentru cei care : practica sporturi de iarna, doresc sa plece in drumetii montane, trasee catre masivele ce marginesc zona Brasovului, activitati in aer liber, trasee de biciclete, catarare si multe alte posibilitati de a petrece timpul. Multiplele posibilitati de petrecerea a timpului fac din aceasta locatie o atractie pentru toti iubitorii de munte.    Vilman House se afla intr-o zona linistita a orasului Rasnov. La 2 km de Dino Park si Cetatea Rasnov, la 3 km de Pestera Valea Cetatii, la 9 km de Poiana Brasov, la 10 km de castelul Bran, 13 km de Biserica Neagra din Brasov.    Vilman House are o capacitate de 13 persoane : 4 camere cu baie proprie si o suita ( 2 camere duble si una single cu o baie), toate camerele au terasa/balcon cu priveliste la munte. Oaspetii au la dispozitie o bucatarie complet utilata, gratar, terasa si parcare.
